Welcome to Geni Topper! These Terms and Conditions govern your enrollment, participation, and conduct in Geni Topper programs. By completing the enrollment process, both students and their guardians agree to abide by these terms to ensure a smooth and effective learning experience for all.

1. Eligibility and Registration

1.1 Eligibility:

• Enrollment is open to students preparing for MDCAT, LNMDCAT, and other relevant exams in Pakistan.

1.2 Registration:

• Students must provide accurate and complete personal information during registration, including but not limited to their full name, phone number, email address, and home address.
• Geni Topper is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided during registration.

1.3 Verification:

• Geni Topper reserves the right to verify the information provided during registration. Any false or misleading information may result in cancellation of enrollment without a refund.

2. Enrollment and Fee Payment

2.1 Online-Only Classes:

• All classes are conducted exclusively online via Zoom. Students must ensure they have access to a stable internet connection, a compatible device, and the Zoom application.

2.2 Fee Payment:

• All fees, including the registration fee, must be paid directly into Geni Topper’s designated bank account, as shared during enrollment.
• Admission will only be confirmed after Geni Topper verifies the payment and issues an official digital payment receipt.
• Students or their guardians must share proof of payment via the official Geni Topper WhatsApp number mentioned in the enrollment form.

2.3 Payment Confirmation:

• Ensure you receive a digital payment receipt from Geni Topper’s official contact. This receipt is mandatory for verifying admission and any refund claims (if applicable).
• Geni Topper is not responsible for payment failures caused by banking errors or delays.

2.4 Third-Party Payments:

• Do not pay your fee or share your personal information with unauthorized individuals, including instructors or third parties claiming to represent Geni Topper.
• Geni Topper will not be liable for any losses resulting from payments made to unauthorized persons.

3. Fee Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Eligibility:

• Before Batch Start: If a student cancels enrollment before the batch starts, 50% of the fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount refunded.
• After Batch Start: No refunds will be issued once the batch has commenced.

3.2 Non-Refundable Fees:

• Registration fees and any paid course fees are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

4. Discounts and Scholarships

4.1 Discretionary Discounts:

• Discounts and scholarships are granted solely at Geni Topper’s discretion. Eligibility criteria and decisions are final and non-negotiable.

4.2 Merit Scholarships:

• Scholarships are awarded based on seat availability and approval by the Admission Committee.
• Early bird discounts and merit scholarships are limited in number and subject to availability.

4.3 No Guarantee:

• Geni Topper does not guarantee scholarships or discounts to all applicants. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis, and no liability is accepted for unavailability.

5. Attendance and Re-Admission

5.1 Attendance Requirements:

• Students must maintain at least 85% attendance throughout the course.
• Attendance below 60% will result in automatic cancellation of enrollment. Re-admission will require full payment of the admission fee.

5.2 Punctuality:

• Students are expected to join classes on time and remain present for the full session to be marked as attended.

6. Instructor and Schedule Changes

6.1 Instructor Changes:

• Geni Topper reserves the right to change instructors at any time to meet academic or operational needs.

6.2 Class Schedule:

• Schedules are subject to change. Students will be notified in advance whenever possible.

7. Code of Conduct

7.1 Respectful Behavior:

• Students must maintain respect and decorum in all interactions, including online classes, tests, and communications with instructors or peers.
• Any form of misconduct, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate disciplinary action, including suspension or termination without refund.

7.2 Zoom Etiquette:

• Students must:
  • Join classes on time.
  • Use appropriate language during sessions.
  • Keep microphones muted unless speaking.
  • Avoid sharing or recording class content without written permission.

8. Guardians and Parents’ Responsibilities

8.1 Oversight and Support:

• Guardians/parents must ensure students meet the attendance requirements and actively participate in all scheduled activities.

8.2 Fee and Payment Compliance:

• Guardians/parents are responsible for the timely payment of all fees directly to Geni Topper’s designated account.
• Ensure that all payments are verified by obtaining a digital payment receipt from Geni Topper’s official WhatsApp number.

8.3 Technical Support:

• Guardians/parents should provide students with the necessary resources, such as devices and stable internet access, to attend online classes effectively.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

9.1 Class Content Ownership:

• All materials, recordings, and resources provided by Geni Topper are the exclusive property of the institution.
• Unauthorized reproduction, sharing, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10. Liability Disclaimer

10.1 Payment Errors:

• Geni Topper is not responsible for errors or delays caused by banking channels. Students and guardians are advised to ensure payments are correctly processed.

10.2 Technical Failures:

• Geni Topper will not be held liable for technical disruptions caused by internet outages, device malfunctions, or other external issues on the student’s end.

10.3 Educational Outcomes:

• While Geni Topper strives to provide the best preparation, it does not guarantee specific results or admission to any medical or dental college.

11. Cancellation and Withdrawal Policy

11.1 Cancellation Requests:

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Geni Topper administration.
• Refund eligibility and deductions will follow the policy outlined in Section 3.

11.2 Withdrawal After Enrollment:

• Students withdrawing after the batch starts are not entitled to any refund.

12. Amendments to Terms

12.1 Right to Modify:

• Geni Topper reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at its discretion. Students and guardians will be notified of significant changes.

12.2 Agreement to Terms:

• By enrolling, students and their guardians accept and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
